These Terms of Service (referred to herein as "Terms") govern your access to and use of: (i) any games offered by MONTFORGE GAMES LLC, unless otherwise specified in writing (collectively, the "Games"); (ii) websites, web pages, and social media properties operated by MONTFORGE GAMES LLC in connection with the Games (the "Sites"); (iii) software provided by MONTFORGE GAMES LLC in connection with the Games (the "Apps"); and (iv) online services, programs, and promotional offers made available through the Games, Sites, and Apps (together with the Games, Sites, and Apps, the "Services"). References to "MONTFORGE GAMES LLC," "we," or "our" mean MONTFORGE GAMES LLC and its affiliated entities.
If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use our Services.
1 Supplemental Terms and Updates
(a) Supplemental Terms
We may require that separate or additional terms, conditions, guidelines, policies, or rules—including game-specific rules—apply to certain parts of the Services (the "Supplemental Terms"). Supplemental Terms may include the Promotion Official Rules and the Terms of Violation. Where Supplemental Terms apply to Services you use, you must review and comply with them; they form part of your agreement with us. If Supplemental Terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the Supplemental Terms control.
(b) Updates
We may revise these Terms (including any Supplemental Terms). The "Last Updated" date shown above reflects the most recent revision. When we make future changes, we may notify you by email, through the Services, or by updating the date at the top of this document; for material changes, we will seek to give reasonable advance notice where practicable. We also encourage you to check this Terms page from time to time for updates. Unless our notice states otherwise, revised Terms take effect immediately, and your continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services without delay.
2 Your Information
When you access or use our Services, you may submit information to MONTFORGE GAMES LLC, and we may collect information about you through other means. You consent to receive email, SMS, text, and other promotional or marketing messages from MONTFORGE GAMES LLC using the contact details you provide while using the Services. You are responsible for supplying accurate, complete contact information and keeping it current with MONTFORGE GAMES LLC.
Although not incorporated into these Terms, we recommend reviewing our Privacy Statement to understand how to opt out of marketing messages and how we collect, use, share, and process your information.
3 User Content
(a) User Content
Our Services may enable you and other users to create, upload, store, or share content such as comments, messages, text, images, photos, videos, and other materials or data (collectively, "User Content"). Depending on your settings, your User Content and related details (for example, user ID, display name, or avatar) may be visible to others. You assume all risk when choosing to make information public through the Services.
(b) License You Grant to MONTFORGE GAMES LLC
Except for the license described below, you and MONTFORGE GAMES LLC agree that you retain ownership of your User Content (excluding any Service elements embedded in it). By using our Services, you grant MONTFORGE GAMES LLC and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform or display, process, and otherwise use your User Content and any name, username, or likeness associated with it, in any media format or channel now known or later developed, without payment to you or any third party (to the maximum extent permitted by law). We are not required to provide attribution, approval, or compensation for licensed uses of your User Content. You irrevocably waive any moral rights or similar rights relating to authorship or integrity of User Content under applicable law.
(c) Feedback
You may submit questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, creative materials, or other information about MONTFORGE GAMES LLC or our Services (collectively, "Feedback"). You agree that we may use Feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without obligation to you, including to improve or develop products and services. MONTFORGE GAMES LLC owns all works or improvements derived from Feedback. Feedback may be treated as non-confidential.
4 Prohibited Conduct and Content
(a) No Cheating
MONTFORGE GAMES LLC is committed to a fair and enjoyable experience for all users. You may not:
- Create, distribute, promote, or use unauthorized software or tools—including bots, macros, cheats, hacks, or mods—intended to gain an unfair advantage or change the intended gameplay; or
- Exploit, share, or publicize bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or technical defects that could provide an unintended benefit, such as redeeming a one-time offer more than once.
If you discover any such activity, you must report it to MONTFORGE GAMES LLC promptly.
(b) Prohibited Conduct
In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you must not—and must not help or encourage others to—do any of the following while using the Services:
- Breach the Terms of Violation, other applicable terms or Supplemental Terms, or any law, contract, intellectual property right, or other third-party right;
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or engage in predatory behavior toward others;
- Request or collect personal information from other users;
- Access the Games if you do not meet the minimum age requirement described in Section 2;
- Access or attempt to access another user's account or information without permission from that user and MONTFORGE GAMES LLC;
- Impersonate any person or entity, post content on another's behalf, or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity;
- Maintain multiple accounts;
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer or share your account or our Services without our written approval;
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display any part of our Services except as expressly allowed by us or our licensors;
- Alter our Services, remove proprietary notices or labels, or create derivative works based on our Services;
- Use our Services in a way that interferes with, disrupts, harms, or limits other users' enjoyment, or that damages, disables, overloads, or impairs the Services;
- Reverse engineer any part of our Services, attempt to discover or expose source code, or bypass security measures that restrict access to any portion of the Services;
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you must not: (A) employ data mining, crawlers, robots, or similar extraction tools to scrape or collect data from our Services, except for public search engines operating in accordance with our robots.txt file; or (B) use—or authorize others to use—the Services or any data obtained from or relating to the Services to develop, train, fine-tune, validate, or support any AI system or model, or for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms;
- Build or operate applications or software that interact with our Services without our prior written consent;
- Send or distribute spam, unsolicited bulk messages, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or similar communications;
- Link to any part of the Services in a way that, in our sole judgment, harms our reputation or suggests endorsement, approval, or affiliation by MONTFORGE GAMES LLC;
- Use any application programming interface ("API") provided by MONTFORGE GAMES LLC in a manner not authorized by its documentation; or
- Access or use any Service to create similar or competing products.
(c) Prohibited Content
You may not create, post, store, or share User Content unless you have all rights needed to grant the license in Section 5(b). Your User Content, and our use of it under these Terms, must not violate any person's or entity's rights or cause harm. You may not create, post, store, or share User Content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, sexually suggestive, harassing, threatening, violent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or discriminatory toward any race, ethnicity, gender, or religion;
- Promotes, encourages, or instructs others to commit crimes, infringe rights, or violate these Terms;
- Includes statements or claims that are not your genuine opinions or experiences;
- Discloses another person's private information without consent;
- Contains viruses, corrupted files, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive material;
- Is, in our reasonable view, offensive, interferes with others' use of the Services, or exposes MONTFORGE GAMES LLC or others to harm or liability; or
- Links to material that would breach the restrictions above if posted directly as User Content.
(d) Enforcement
This Section does not grant third parties any rights or private causes of action, nor does it guarantee that prohibited conduct or content will never appear on the Services or be removed immediately. We may:
- Remove or refuse to publish any User Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms;
- Suspend, restrict, modify, or permanently terminate your access to all or part of the Services if we reasonably believe your conduct or User Content violates these Terms;
- Take any action MONTFORGE GAMES LLC considers necessary or appropriate to comply with law and these Terms, or to protect the rights of MONTFORGE GAMES LLC and/or third parties, including intellectual property and privacy rights (for example, responding to takedown requests from rights holders); and
- Cooperate with law enforcement or court orders relating to conduct or content on the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
(e) Complaints and Appeals
If you have a complaint about User Content or our handling of User Content, contact customer support at keningyxaaa@outlook.com or through in-game support channels. We will address complaints promptly under our internal policies. If you disagree with our initial response, you may appeal by submitting additional information or evidence. We will review your appeal and notify you of the result. Our appeal decision is final and binding.
5 Billing and Payment
(a) No Purchase Necessary to Access Services
Purchases are not required to use the Services. The Services may let you earn or buy virtual items. You may receive a set amount of points at regular intervals when you sign in. If you exhaust your points, you may buy more to keep playing or wait until free points are available again. Points and other virtual items are licensed—not sold—to you through the Services, subject to these Terms.
(b) Prices and Taxes
Depending on your Country of Residence and applicable law, displayed prices may include or exclude taxes. In all cases, applicable taxes will be shown at checkout before you confirm a purchase. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
(c) Payment
Before completing an in-Service transaction (such as buying a virtual item license), you must provide information to us or our payment processor, including payment card details, expiration date, and billing address. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you submit. We may receive updated payment method information from your card issuer or payment provider. You authorize us to charge your payment method—including any updated details we receive—for amounts owed under these Terms. We may verify payment information before completing a transaction, which may include a temporary charge of $1 or a similar nominal amount, typically refunded within 3–5 business days.
Purchases made through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or other websites and apps (each a "Platform Provider"), may be subject to that platform's additional terms, policies, and privacy practices. Your transaction agreement with a Platform Provider is solely between you and that provider; we are not a party to it.
You agree to pay all fees incurred through the Services at the prices in effect when charged, including applicable taxes. If collection requires legal action, you will reimburse us and our agents for reasonable collection costs, including attorneys' fees.
(d) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
To the fullest extent permitted by law, transaction fees are non-refundable. If you were charged for an unauthorized transaction, did not receive a purchased virtual item, or were billed incorrectly, you may request a refund or correction from MONTFORGE GAMES LLC for purchases made directly with us. For Platform Provider transactions, refunds are handled by the Platform Provider under its policies. For reference, see Apple's Billing and Subscriptions page and Google Play's Refunds page.
6 Promotions
In addition to these Terms, the Promotion Official Rules apply to sweepstakes, contests, raffles, surveys, games, or similar promotions run by MONTFORGE GAMES LLC through or in connection with the Services (collectively, "Promotions"). We may publish separate rules before you register for a Promotion, and you agree to those rules where applicable. If you join a Promotion, review the applicable rules and our Privacy Statement. Where Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules prevail.
7 Ownership; Limited License
(a) Ownership of the Services
The Services and all content they contain—including text, graphics, images, photos, videos, illustrations, and related intellectual property—are owned by MONTFORGE GAMES LLC or our licensors and protected under U.S. and international law. Game titles, logos, product names, slogans, and the overall look and feel of our Services (including characters, environments, themes, audio, music, artwork, text, storylines, recordings, and other creative elements in our Services or marketing) are protected by intellectual property laws and may be registered trademarks of MONTFORGE GAMES LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, imitate, or use them in whole or in part without our prior written consent. Other trademarks and names appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners. Mention of third-party products or services does not imply endorsement or guarantee. Except as expressly stated here, we and our licensors retain all rights in the Services and related intellectual property, and no implied rights are granted to you.
(b) Limited License Granted to You
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. Any unauthorized use terminates this license.
8 Repeat Infringer Policy; Content Complaints
We maintain a policy of terminating, where appropriate, accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe others' intellectual property rights.
9 Third-Party Software and Content
(a) Open Source Software
The Services may incorporate third-party code released under open source licenses ("Open Source Software"). We use Open Source Software according to those licenses and make it available to you under the same terms where required. These Terms do not limit your rights under, or grant you rights beyond, applicable open source license terms. We may notify you of additional open source terms through the Services, such as on an attribution page.
(b) Third-Party Content
We may display information, links, or ads for third-party products, services, events, or activities, or allow third parties to offer content through the Services (collectively, "Third-Party Content"). Third-Party Content is provided for convenience only. Your interactions with third parties and any Third-Party Content are solely between you and the third party. We do not endorse or guarantee Third-Party Content, even when linked from our Services, and links do not imply sponsorship or affiliation unless clearly stated.
(c) Liability for Content
We are not obligated to monitor Third-Party Content and may block or disable access to any Third-Party Content through the Services at any time. Third-Party Content may be governed by the provider's own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of Third-Party Content. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the hardware, software, network access, and other services needed to use the Services.
10 Communication Channels
(a)
The Services may include communication features such as fan pages, forums, community blogs, or chat areas ("Communication Channels") that let you interact with other users and post User Content, including feedback, questions, suggestions, ideas, and comments on designated topics.
(b)
We cannot ensure that other users will not reuse ideas or information you share. Do not post confidential or proprietary information you do not want others to use.
(c)
We are not required to review or act on submitted ideas or information, which will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor Communication Channels and may remove content or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice and without liability. You acknowledge that users of Communication Channels are solely responsible for their own conduct and content.
